PSX Invest provides AI-assisted analysis, signals, and market research tools for Pakistan Stock Exchange symbols. Features and plan limits may change over time.

The service is informational and educational. It is not personalized investment advice, brokerage, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape beyond allowed use, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with service integrity.

Do not use outputs as the sole basis for investment decisions or misrepresent predictions as guaranteed outcomes.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, if offered, are subject to the pricing and limits shown at purchase. Enterprise arrangements may require a separate agreement.

We may suspend access for unpaid fees, abuse, or security risk.

5. Intellectual property

The PSX Invest name, interface, models, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own internal purposes.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Predictions, signals, and analytics are probabilistic and may be wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets involve risk of loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, trading decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms.
